National Chicken Month is here, and The Scotch ‘N Sirloin is celebrating with our own delicious, unique chicken dishes. After more than 30 years of providing only the best food and service at our one-of-a-kind steak restaurant, we are highlighting our chicken recipes this month.

The original menu at The Scotch ‘N Sirloin consisted of six items printed on a wine bottle, and we have only added dishes which have the same high quality as the originals.

National Chicken Month

Every year, September is National Chicken Month. During this time, you can find coupons, recipes and chicken specials throughout the country.

Chicken is a healthy, affordable and versatile dish which can be served in a multitude of ways which are satisfying and original.

Chicken Teriyaki

Fresh, boneless chicken breast is marinated on our own homemade Teriyaki sauce, to bring the taste to life in every sweet bite. This Asian-flavored dish is then served on a bed of perfectly spiced, curried rice.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Our Chicken Cordon Bleu is made with fresh cut white meat chicken, and we roll it into our own hickory smoked ham and swiss cheese. After we bread it lightly, we serve it on slightly spicy curried rice.

Chicken Marsala

Our Chicken Marsala starts with fresh cut chicken breast, which is then cooked in our own mushroom wine sauce. This recipe is also served on curried rice.
